Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Siksha121, we strive to provide the best educational experience across all our school and competitive exam programs. Please read our cancellation and refund rules carefully before enrolling.

1. Cancellation of Admission/Enrollment

Students (or their parents/guardians) can request to cancel their course enrollment within 3 days of fee payment or before the commencement of the first scheduled class/batch, whichever is earlier.
Cancellations requested after the classes or batches have officially started will not be eligible for any refund.

2. Refunds

If your cancellation request is approved by the institute's management, the eligible refund amount will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment within 5 to 7 working days.
Registration fees, admission fees, or specific study material charges are strictly non-refundable.
