Refund & Cancellation

1. Refund Eligibility & Timeframes

To maintain transparency and fairness, Siksha121 follows a strict, time-bound refund policy for all our academic courses:

• Within 7 Days of Enrollment: 80% of the course fee will be refunded (after deducting standard administrative/transaction charges).
• Between 8 to 15 Days: 50% of the course fee will be refunded.
• After 15 Days: No refunds will be provided under any circumstances, regardless of platform usage.

2. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted in writing. Please email your request to supportsiksha121@gmail.com along with your registered email ID, student name, and payment transaction receipt. Verbal requests will not be entertained.

3. Processing Time

Once a valid refund request is approved, the amount will be processed and credited back to the original source of payment within 10-15 working days.

4. Account Non-Transferability

Course subscriptions and accounts are strictly mapped to the individual user ID. They cannot be transferred, shared, or resold to another student. Any such attempt will lead to immediate account suspension without a refund.

5. Force Majeure

Siksha121 shall not be held liable for any service interruptions caused by natural disasters, government-mandated regulations, or major internet outages, and standard refund policies will apply.
