2. User Age & Parental Supervision

• Minors: Since our institute provides courses for students from classes 1 to 12 (who may be minors under 18 years of age), the use of this platform and any fee payments must be strictly made under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• Adults: Users enrolling in competitive exam courses who are 18 years of age or older may independently accept these terms and make payments.

3. Course Content & Batches

Access to study material, live classes, and assignments will be provided as per the schedule of the specific batch enrolled in. The institute reserves the right to update or modify the curriculum as needed.

4. Payments & Fees

All fee payments for institute courses must be made through our secure online payment gateway. Enrollment is confirmed only after the successful realization of the payment.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
