1. Scope & Nature of Services

Siksha121 operates as an EdTech platform providing structured educational services divided into two distinct categories:

• Foundation & Academic Enrichment (Classes 1-10): Supplementary academic support and digital study materials aligned with school curricula. This is not classified as competitive exam coaching.
• Competitive Test Preparation (Classes 11-12/JEE/NEET): Specialized coaching services subject to additional guidelines regarding batch sizes, performance monitoring, and mental health counseling.

2. Admissions and Eligibility

Students enrolling in classes 1-10 must be enrolled in a recognized formal school. For our upcoming competitive coaching services (JEE/NEET), enrollment is strictly reserved for students who have passed their secondary school (Class 10) examination and are 16 years of age or older, in compliance with the Ministry of Education guidelines.

3. Disclaimers & No Guarantee Clause

Siksha121 makes no representations or warranties regarding the guarantee of specific marks, ranks, or admission to any institution or competitive examination. We provide high-quality guidance and tools; however, academic success depends entirely on the student's individual effort and capability.

4. User Code of Conduct

• Users under the age of 18 must use this platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• Any misconduct, harassment, or disciplinary violations towards staff or other students will result in immediate termination of services without any refund.
• All content (videos, notes, tests) is the proprietary property of Siksha121. Unauthorized redistribution is subject to legal action.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
